ABOUT HOLLY

I've built a career out of seeing what matters—and turning it into movement.

Eighteen years of building brands, audiences, teams, launches, partnerships, communities, and live experiences.

I've been the first marketing hire, led teams from one to nearly twenty people, grown a CRM audience from 9,000 to more than 65,000, built communities of more than 300,000, and helped partnerships generate over 10,000 product sales.

I've done that work across wellness, music, technology, transportation, sustainability, food, healthcare, real estate, the arts, and live events. Sometimes the job was to bring a new idea to market. Sometimes it was to focus an overwhelmed team. Sometimes it was to find the story that made people care, show up, bring their friends, and feel part of something.

Working in that many environments taught me not to confuse a familiar tactic with the right answer. The useful question is rarely “What does marketing usually do here?” It is “What is actually keeping this from moving—and what would change that?”

That is where my range becomes valuable. I can see the brand, audience, systems, team, budget, partnerships, experience, and deadline as connected parts of one problem. Then I can find the point of leverage and turn it into a plan people can actually execute.

My life outside work sharpened that approach, too. I've spent years studying herbalism and nature education because I'm fascinated by how living systems work: what changes when you pay closer attention, understand the relationships between things, and stop treating one visible symptom as the whole problem. That is also how I look at a business.

I'm equally interested in what makes people feel part of something. I've produced live experiences and spent years at festivals, but I also start soup clubs, game nights, trips, and community gatherings in my own life. All of it has taught me the same lesson: people do not simply respond to promotion. They respond to meaning, participation, and belonging.

Extensive time in South America and Ireland taught me to enter unfamiliar environments with curiosity instead of assumption. Motherhood made prioritization less theoretical. Live events taught me that a beautiful strategy is useless if it cannot survive contact with a deadline, a budget, a team, and doors opening at six.

These are not disconnected interests. Together, they shaped a way of working: look closely, understand the system, connect what others are treating separately, decide what matters most, and make the next move possible.

At this point in my career, I want to apply that judgment where it can make a genuine difference—to events I'd want to attend, brands I'd happily bring into my home, products I'd tell my friends about, and ideas that deserve to find their people.

HOW I APPROACH THE WORK

See the whole picture. Find the leverage. Make it move.

01

See what is actually happening

I look across the goals, audience, offer, team, budget, systems, data, and constraints—not just the loudest symptom.

02

Choose what matters now

I identify the few decisions and opportunities with the greatest potential to create clarity, traction, or revenue.

03

Turn clarity into movement

I translate the strategy into priorities, ownership, and next steps that fit the real people, resources, and time available.

Range is only valuable when it leads to better judgment.

CREATIVE PURSUITS

Two more ways to get to know me.

My side projects tend to begin the same way: I notice something I want more of in my own life, then get curious enough to build around it.
