Get oriented
We start with a call or in-person meeting so I can understand where you are, what you need most, and where the team feels the gaps.

SCOPE + INVESTMENT
Pricing depends on the support you need, the hours involved, and whether I'm working onsite at the event. Blocks of hours are available at a reduced rate.
There is no weekly minimum. A defined email or partner-marketing push needs a different level of support than joining the team through doors. Share your deadline, budget, and most pressing gap so we can discuss a realistic scope. Travel costs are additional for onsite work.
THE MOMENT
What actually matters between now and doors?
THE PROBLEM
Most event teams are forced to make big decisions while overwhelmed by details. There is no time to figure it all out slowly.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I COME IN
We start with a call or in-person meeting so I can understand where you are, what you need most, and where the team feels the gaps.
I quickly look at the event, audience, sales, messaging, team, partners and timeline to identify what is working, what is stuck, and what can still move.
I turn that assessment into a focused final-push plan—with clear owners, deadlines, immediate recommendations and a ruthless eye on what matters before doors.
Depending on your comfort level, I become an immediate part of the team and step into the work where the gaps are greatest.
We check progress regularly, adjust as new realities emerge, and keep the most important work moving through the event.
WHERE I CAN HELP
The exact mix depends on the event, the team and the moment. There is no weekly minimum: I can fill a defined gap or embed more deeply when the situation calls for it.

VIRTUAL, ONSITE—OR BOTH
I work virtually and onsite. If the need reaches beyond marketing, sponsorships and communications, I also have a trusted network of some of the best humans in the event business—people I can bring into the conversation when there is a strong fit.
Based in the Bay Area, I can work remotely or discuss onsite support on the West Coast and elsewhere in the U.S. Travel costs are additional when onsite work requires transportation or accommodation; we'll confirm the arrangements and costs together before booking travel.
Fresh energy for an exhausted team.
A SMALLER-SCALE EXAMPLE
I recently joined an adult summer camp six weeks before the event to support social strategy, cost-effective promotion and outreach, email copy, referral incentives and promotion, sponsor development and in-kind trades.
I'm also bringing a wider strategic view: what the team can learn from this year, what should happen after the event, and what will make future years stronger.
BEST FIT
A 200-person retreat or community gathering can be a fit, too. The question is what support would make a difference with the time and budget you have.
Engagement length depends on the size of the event, the team's capacity, and when the crunch sets in. There is no required weekly minimum.

Bring me into the final pushTELL ME WHAT'S HAPPENING
I'll review the details first so I can come to our conversation with a useful point of view.
Prefer a two-line email instead of a form? Email Holly directly.
I typically reply within 24 hours — if you're inside your final six weeks, say so and I'll prioritize it.
CASE STUDIES
Systems + customer journeys
Wellness + personal growth
A fragmented technology stack and repeated full-list emails were making growth harder to manage. I led a CRM migration and rebuilt the approach to segmentation, lifecycle marketing and attribution.

GenZe · Mahindra
I initiated the relationship with GenZe’s largest shared-mobility partner, helping open a B2B growth channel alongside the consumer business. That network later helped turn a climate summit into a citywide Free Ride Day.
